Salleh Sonko, PhD Student, UNT
Sonko Salleh is a PhD student in the Department of Information Science, majoring in Data Science, at the University of North Texas (USA). He is a research and teaching assistant for the Data Visualization and Communication course. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Qatar University. He has worked as a Lead Design Electrical Engineer in Qatar and has been an industry practitioner for at least three years. His research focuses on machine learning, artificial intelligence, agriculture, and medical sciences.
Dr. Mikyung Shin, PhD, Assistant Professor, WTAMU
Dr. Mikyung Shin is an assistant professor of special education, Bill Piehl Professor of Education, in the Terry B. Rogers College of Education and Social Sciences at West Texas A&M University. She teaches in the Department of Education and serves as a faculty committee at the Center for Learning Disabilities. Mikyung’s research interests include mathematics instruction for students with learning disabilities, instructional technology, single-case experimental designs, and data analysis.
