Yahya Awaad is a researcher and entrepreneur, with a diverse academic background encompassing Pharmacy, Biophysics, Computer Science, Biotechnology, and Bioinformatics.

Yahya’s professional journey includes 6+ years as a Production and Community Pharmacist and a R&D researcher in biopharmaceuticals sector with a published scholarly work. Additionally, he has 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and Data Analyst. In these roles, he has designed and implemented numerous digital systems across various domains, leading multidisciplinary teams consisting of back-end, front-end, DevOps, and mobile developers. He has served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) for several organizations. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, Yahya guides enterprises through the enhancement of their operations and business models by selecting optimal technologies, crafting adoption strategies, addressing emerging digital challenges, training personnel, and at times, redefining their business models to leverage new digital opportunities.

Yahya has founded two startups within the digital health sector. The first is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform dedicated to pharmacy e-commerce. The second startup operates as a Marketplace and offers Telepharmacy services and Medication support which was many times winner in different international startups competitions.

Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Information Science at the University of North Texas, focusing on knowledge representation and reasoning with an emphasis on graph-oriented neural networks. He is interested also in Information Theory, Complex Network Systems, Theory of Computation, Optimization, Thermodynamics, Consciousness, and the Philosophy of Science.

Dr. Kossi Dodzi Bissadu is currently working as a software engineer at Zenner USA where he leads various secured software, applications, and systems development projects. He is also a US Air Force veteran, very talented and dedicated professional who has more than ten-year professional record achievements, and demonstrated success leading, managing, and working in Technology and Sciences. His work experience ranges from Cybersecurity, Embedded Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Military, Climate and Geosciences, Sustainable Development, Agriculture, and scientific Research. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Information science/ Cybersecurity at the University of North Texas.
